Change of mind refunds

We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.

Exchanged items must be returned in the original packaging and be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in saleable condition and with tags and labels intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Stock must be returned within 30 Days of purchase and proof of purchase will be required.


Damaged goods or issues with delivery

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at Customer Service Email or call your local SPCC Uniform Shop and we will arrange to have it returned for repair or replaced.


Order Cancellations

Please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

For orders where you have already received tracking confirmation or if the item has left our Uniform Shop please wait for the item to arrive before organising a return.


The Return Process

Returns can be organised at a SPCC Uniform Shop or online.

For processed Refunds

All online refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the purchase. Funds from returns typically take 24-48 hours to appear into your account.
