Delivery Cost

Delivery is calculated based on the size of your order and your delivery location. We automatically select the lowest cost from our approved courier partners as you complete checkout. All deliveries are made via courier.

Fast Dispatch

Most items are dispatched from the Uniform Shop within 2 business days of receiving your order. If there is a problem dispatching your order, or if we are unable to fulfil your order immediately, we will contact you and ask you how you would like to proceed. 

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched via courier within 2 business days. We will send you an email once we have dispatched your order so that you can track the order as it travels to you.

For textbooks with availability labelled "dispatched in 7-10 business days" the book's delivery estimate will be 7-10 days excluding the shipping time. If you have multiple items in the same order, your parcel will be split into multiple shipments. 

Our Courier Network

We deliver items to our customers via courier.

To ensure the safe arrival of your order to you we do require your signature when you receive your order. Your order can be accepted and signed for by another when it is delivered.

If you are concerned that you will not be available to receive your order at home you may wish to have your order delivered to your workplace. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person or if you have not received them within a reasonable period, contact us so that we can investigate. 

Part-shipments

If a parcel arrives not containing every item, please be advised that depending on availibility, items may be sent in multiple orders as we have multiple dispatch locations. 

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
